Jeannette was born and raised in El Paso Texas.  She is a graduate of Riverside High School where she was named Who’s Who among American High School Students.  Jeanette attended University of Texas at El Paso before joining the Army.  Jeannette is very proud to have served our country in the US Army.  She and her husband relocated to Wichita Falls due to his job as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Sheppard Air Force Base.

When Jeannette joined the PIA team in 2007 she brought with her an extensive background in customer service.  She is always willing to go the extra mile to assist every customer.  She is the only member of our team that fluently speaks Spanish.

 Jeannette specializes in property and casualty insurance.
