Carol has been a licensed insurance agent since 1991.  She has proven to be an integral part of Pond Insurance Associates since 1988.  With several years’ knowledge of each department, Carol oversees all office operations.  Her prior sales experience has been an asset to PIA. Customer service remains a high priority as she diligently searches to locate the best plans available for all of our clients whether they are new business or renewing clients.

Carol is a member of National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), Texas Association of Health Underwriters (TAHU) and Texoma Association of Health Underwriters where she has served on the board of directors as Secretary/Treasurer for 5 years.  Carol was the first agent in this area to earn the designation of MHP, Managed Healthcare Professional.

Married for 26 years and with a son in college, Carol and her husband, David and son, are all workers in their church.  Carol is the Director of Women’s Ministries and teaches a class for Single Mom’s and Single Women.  In her leisure time she enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends.  She and her husband also like to spend time touring the country and participating in car shows in their 1937 Chevrolet 2 door Sedan.
