Jayson has been an essential part of the Pond Insurance Agency LTD team for over 12 years. As a licensed agent since 1998, he works with clients to help meet their individual and group needs. Jayson is the office manager and specialist for all of your Property and Casualty needs. Jayson is determined to take care of and service his clients no matter what it takes. PIA takes pride in Jayson’s knowledge of computers. He oversees all computer problems, coordinates all computer software and programs. Some of his other accomplishments, prior to joining PIA,  Jayson had worked several years in the construction industry both in residential and commercial were he was manager of a local construction company at that time he attended Midwestern State University. Later he went on to receive his life and health license and later went back and received  his property and casualty license as well from Dearborn Professional Financial Services Training School

Jayson is a former member of (TAHU) Texoma Association of Health Underwriters, were he has served as technology board member for 4 years. He was awarded as AGENT OF THE YEAR 2002-2003 by (TAHU). He is also a former member of (TAHU) Texas Association of Health Underwriters were he has received awards for recognition for technology for 3 years in a row. He is also a former member of (NAHU) National Association of Health Underwriters. He is currently a member of Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) were he serves on the Small Agents Advisory Council of Texas. He also is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America and is a Trusted Choice Agent.

In his leisure time, Jayson enjoys riding his mountain bike, working out, playing golf with friends and family. He is very devoted to his wife Rachel a school teacher and social worker who now owns her on business Rachel's Tumblebus - www.rachelstumblebus.com . They have been married for 9 years and together they have a beautiful son Preston and beautiful daughter Lauren. Together as a family they attend Grace Church of Wichita Falls.
