David began his career in the insurance industry in 2001 as an owner/agent of an independent insurance agency. At that time he specialized in personal lines life, health, home and automobile policies. David joined the PIA Team in 2009 working with personal and commercial property and casualty policyholders.
Prior to working in the insurance industry David was a Territory Sales Manager for two different steel companies managing sales territories in the Southeastern United States. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Economics in 1993.
David has been married to Melissa for seventeen years and they have one son, Travis, who is 14 years old. He enjoys spending time with his family His interests include hunting, camping and acoustic guitar.
