Jayson has been an essential part of the Pond Insurance Agency LTD team since 1996. As a licensed agent since 1998, he works with clients to help meet their needs. Jayson supervises and manages all company operations. Jayson is the office specialist for all Property and Casualty insurance . Jayson is determined to take care of and service every client no matter what it takes. PIA takes pride in Jayson’s computer knowledge and his ability to oversee all of PIA’s technology needs.
Prior to joining PIA, Jayson managed a local construction company. This brings valuable knowledge of the residential and commercial construction industry to PIA and enables Jayson to know and understand his client’s needs. At that time, he attended Midwestern State University. Jayson is a former member of Texoma Association of Health Underwriters(TAHU), where he served on the board of directors as the technology chair for 4 years and received statewide recognition and awards for his work with TAHU technology. He was also awarded as the TAHU AGENT OF THE YEAR for 2002-2003. He earnered his Accredited Customer Service Representative in Commercial Lines (ACSR) designation in 2012.
He is currently a member of Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) where he served on the Small Agents Advisory Council of Texas 2007-2008. He is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America and is a Trusted Choice Agent. Jayson was also a former member at his local volunteer fire department (Lakeside City Volunteer Fire Department) were he responded as a fire fighter and first responder while serving as President of the officers board from 2010-2011.
In his leisure time, Jayson enjoys riding his mountain bike, working out, and going to the lake with friends and family. He is very devoted to his wife Rachel, who also works at PIA. They have been married for 13 years and together they have a beautiful son Preston and beautiful daughter Lauren. Together as a family they attend Grace Church of Wichita Falls.
