Rachel Pond (Property and Casualty Department)'s Profile and Contact Information

Rachel Pond joined the PIA team in 2008, and is now working as an insurance agent in the commercial & personal property & casualty department. Before coming to PIA, she taught elementary school for five years then went on to run her own business bringing gymnastics to children at schools in Wichita Falls and surrounding towns. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Midwestern State University in 1999. Rachel’s previous experience brings a unique perspective and a passion for helping others. Rachel has been married to Jayson for 13; they have two beautiful children. Their son Preston is 9 years old, and daughter Lauren is 6 years old. In her leisure time, Rachel enjoys going to the lake with family and friends and digital scrapbooking. She is also an active member of Junior League of Wichita Falls & the Christ Academy PTF. She earnered her Accredited Customer Service Representative in Commercial Lines (ACSR) designation in 2012. Rachel is eager to assist you with your insurance needs, while providing excellent customer service!
