I needed a title bond for a car I bought and no other insurance company in Wichita falls would assist me in the title bond process. Even my current insurance company refused to help me. They refused because I did not have a bill of sale. I only had a copy of a title that the REGISTRATION OFFICE gave me when they TOOK THE ORIGINAL TITLE from me. I also had the title application paperwork that the seller had signed which combined with the original title should have been enough for a new title to be made.They took the title because the person I bought the vehicle from had applied for a copy of the original which then voided my title which was the original blue title. All that being said no insurance company would assist me for lack of a bill of sale. I could not reach the previous owner anymore so I was very limited on resources to prove I obtained the vehicle earnestly. Jennifer at pond insurance was amazing. She worked fast and efficiently. I was in and out of her office within 10 minutes. The cost was reasonable, and Jennifer made the entire process a breeze. I will definitely be using pond insurance in the future.
